Affiliate Programme Details of Auravita
1.0 Who we are

Auravita is one of the UK's largest online e-tailers of Vitamins, Health & Beauty products, Kitchenware, Specialist Food ranges and more. Over the past 13 years, it has been successfully connecting its valued Customers and Trustworthy suppliers within the E-commerce industry that has enabled us to continue our services in a sustainable manner.

We have over 35,000 products in our catalogues under Health & Beauty, Children’s Shop, Food and Drink, Household, Sport Shop and Kitchen Shop. Our recent past records indicate that about 500 new products have been introduced every month.

We have now opened our doors to invite any prospective affiliate to promote our products and brands. Please read our terms & policies if you are interested to join our “Affiliate Programme”.

2.0 The Auravita’s Programme
   2.1 8% Commission including VAT and P&P
   2.2 Commissions are paid on the cost of the order including VAT & delivery. Commission for online orders is paid on the final transaction amount after all discounts have been applied. Commission for online orders is not validated if delivery of the order cannot be made e.g. overseas delivery on restricted items. Transactions are validated once orders have been dispatched and the returns period has passed (usually 28 days).

5.0 Terms
   5.1 General
If you breach any of these Terms, Auravita may terminate your participation in the programme at any time immediately without prior notice. So, we suggest you reading these terms prior to joining our programme. These Terms shall remain in full force and effect for the whole time during which you participate in the Programme.
   5.2 Affiliate enrolment / termination
      5.2.1 Affiliates should not attempt opening more than one Affiliate account onto the “Auravita’s Affiliate Programme” without prior written consent of the Company. They shall also not be permitted to join, nor attempt to join, the programme via more than one Affiliate Network Provider without the prior consent of Auravita.
      5.2.2 If you are interested to join our programme you are requested to submit a complete application via the Webgains’ Network.
      5.2.3 The Affiliate Network or/and Auravita will evaluate your request to join and you will be notified whether you are accepted or rejected in Auravita’s sole and absolute discretion. If we find the Affiliate’s application or related website is unsuitable to the programme we will reject it. For e.g. If the Affiliate’s site,
         5.2.3.1 Infringes/Violates trademark/intellectual property rights of the Company or any third parties or otherwise violate the rights of any third party;
         5.2.3.2 Promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age;
         5.2.3.3 Contains hate/violent/offensive/sexually explicit materials/content.
         5.2.3.4 Promotes illegal activities or otherwise violate any applicable laws, including without limitation those targeting spyware, adware or SPAM;
         5.2.3.5 If either the Company or the Affiliate Network Provider rejects the application, potential Affiliate may, subject to the terms of its agreement with the Affiliate Network Provider, re-apply to the Programme at any time. If the Company and the Affiliate Network Provider accepts your application and your site is thereafter determined, at the Company’s sole discretion, to be unsuitable for the Programme, the Company may terminate this Agreement and thus your participation in the Programme.
         5.2.3.6 Immediately upon your ceasing to participate in the Programme for whatever reason (whether it be due to termination of your agreement with the Affiliate Network Provider or otherwise), you shall return to the Company any confidential information, and all copies of information in your possession, custody and control. You will cease all uses of any trade names, trademarks, service marks, logos and other designations of the Company or its licensors. You shall also immediately, remove all Company banners from your site and disable any links to the Company’s website from your site.
         5.2.3.7 The termination of your participation in the Programme will not relieve you of any liability arising from any breach of these Terms occurring prior to such termination.
      5.2.4 Affiliate Commission
         5.2.4.1 Auravita has the right to determine the rate of commission payable and the terms on which it is payable, in its absolute discretion.
         5.2.4.2 Auravita shall notify the Affiliate of the rate of commission payable via: (i) the Webgains; (ii) email to the Affiliate; or (iii) phone call to the Affiliate, and the Company may vary the rate of commission payable at any time, on giving notice to the Affiliate via the same method.
         5.2.4.3 The Affiliate shall receive commissions payable in accordance with these Terms and its agreement with the Affiliate Network Provider, via the Affiliate Network Provider and not directly from the Company. Where the Company has paid to Webgains all commission payments due to the Affiliate pursuant to its participation in the Auravita’s General Affiliate Programme in accordance with these Terms and its agreement with Webgains, then Auravita shall not be responsible for ensuring that the Affiliate receives such commission payments from Webgains.
         5.2.4.4 Auravita shall not be responsible or liable to the Affiliate for any liability arising from Webgains’ acts, omissions or negligence.
   5.3 PPC These are some predefined common questions in regard to our PPC policy. This is required to clearly display to our affiliates how we would like them to promote us via the PPC method.
      5.3.1 Are publishers allowed to send traffic directly to our website? – NO
      5.3.2 Are publishers allowed to use our brand name in their display URL? – NO
      5.3.3 Are publishers allowed to use our brand within their title & description? – NO
      5.3.4 Should publishers add our brand name into their negative keyword list? (Thus preventing publishers appearing on brand + generic keyword searches) – NO
      5.3.5 Are publishers able to send traffic from their PPC ads to their own site before sending the traffic to your website? – YES (Affiliates must not send traffic through automatic redirects on a webpage.)
      5.3.6 Are publishers allowed to display their ads when our brand name or variations of your brand name are entered as search keywords? (E.g. auravita, aura vita) – NO
      5.3.7 Are publishers allowed to display their ads when our brand name and another word(s) are entered as search keywords? (E.g. Auravita children shop) – YES (But on Voucher/promotional code variants only.)
      5.3.8 Are publishers allowed to display their ads when misspellings of our brand name are entered as search keywords? (E.g. auraveeta) – NO
   5.4 Transactions
      5.4.1 Does the transaction value that commissions are paid on include VAT / sales tax? – YES
      5.4.2 Does the transaction value that commissions are paid on include delivery charges? – YES
      5.4.3 Are commissions not paid out on some products or product categories? – NO
      5.4.4 For what reasons are commissions declined?
         5.4.4.1 If order cancelled
         5.4.4.2 Item was returned
         5.4.4.3 Breach of programme terms & conditions
         5.4.4.4 Duplicate order
   5.5 Branding
Use of the display URL however is prohibited, and brand bidding is not allowed on the brand name or any derivation or misspelling
   5.6 Notice Periods
      5.6.1 Where possible, if changing something in the terms and conditions of your publish programme how many days’ notice would you like to give publishers? - 7 days
      5.6.2 Where possible, if updating your website and there is the possibility of the site being unavailable how many days’ notice would we like to give publishers? - 7 day
      5.6.3 Where possible, when lowering commissions, how many days’ notice would we like to give publishers? - 30 days

At the moment we do not need any dedupe as we only work with one Affiliate Network which is Webgains.
