Terms and Conditions
*User generated content must be turned off and disabled on all joined publisher sites.
*Bidding on the Amsterdam Printing trademark or any variation or misspelling of the trademark is not permitted. Direct linking on any of our branded terms or variations (Including misspellings) is strictly prohibited.
* PPC affiliates are encouraged to be a part of the program. However, please note that there is no TM bidding and any affiliate found to be TM bidding can have their sales reversed and be removed from the program.
* There is no TM+ term bidding. Any affiliate found to be doing so risks being removed from the program and having their sales reversed.
* Loyalty/ Incentive partners are allowed into the program on a case by case basis.
* Downloadable software is allowed on a case by case basis.
* Email affiliates are allowed on a case by case basis. All email affiliates must be Can Spam compliant. Please contact the program manager for the most up to date suppression list and email creative.
* Affiliates must use the most up to date creative to promote. Any affiliate found to be using out of date creative can have their sales reversed and risks being removed from the program.
*Affiliates must only promote promotions and codes that are available for them in the Pepperjam Network interface. Affiliates who are promoting offers and codes not available to them in the interface with have all commissions reversed.
* Social Media is allowed on a case by case basis.
