Paid Search Policy

• All Lit Up has a closed PPC policy
• Affiliates are not permitted to carry out any PPC search activity that sends traffic to All Lit Up directly except by express permission.
• Using All Lit Up brand terms as a subfolder or sub domain of the display URL is not allowed.
• Using All Lit Up brand or misspellings in display URL is not allowed.
• Using All Lit Up brand in ad title is not allowed
• Using All Lit Up brand in ad text is not allowed
• Bidding on brand terms, extensions or misspellings of the brand (e.g all lit up, all lit up uk, alllitup) is not allowed. Affiliates must add brand terms as negative keywords.
• Bidding on brand + generic terms (eg All Lit Up lighting) is not allowed
• Showing adverts on competitors brands is not allowed.
• Affiliates are prohibited from misleading consumers into their sites by representing themselves as being All Lit Up, or by taking any action which is likely to confuse or mislead consumers into believing the site forms part of the All Lit Up brand.

Branding Guidelines

• Affiliates should always represent All Lit Up in a positive, relevant manner and portray their brand values correctly, these include; honesty, customer focused,
• Affiliates should always refer to the brand as All Lit Up in all communications. ALU, Lit, and any other variation is not acceptable.
• Affiliates are asked not to use words that may lessen the quality of the All Lit Up brand. Such excluded words include (but are not restricted to) – cheap, discounted, bargain.
• Affiliates are strictly prohibited from representing themselves as being the All Lit Up brand or taking any action which is likely to confuse or mislead third parties to believe that such a partner site is actually the All Lit Up brand.
• Affiliates are asked not to hardcode any banners, logo’s or brand images into their sites so that all updates through the affiliate network may take immediate effect. Please only use images from our product feeds or through the affiliate network. Approved brand images will be uploaded to the affiliate network and can be requested at any time from our affiliate manager. If you have a request to use images via hardcode method we would prefer it if you would ask first to allow us the opportunity to add these to the affiliate network portal.
• Affiliates must not alter any of the creative supplied through the affiliate network or from All Lit Up or any of the agencies they work with.
• Affiliates must agree not to promote the All Lit Up programme through any website, email or other form of promotion that is; misleading, libellous, defamatory, obscene, abusive, violent, bigoted, hate-oriented, illegal, contains content and/or offers or promoting pornography, tobacco, gambling or any illegal goods or services, or the disparagement of any individual group on the basis of age, colour, national origin, race, religion, gender, sexual orientation or physical or mental handicap.
• Affiliates must not misrepresent any of the brands All Lit Up stock including, but not restricted to, Astro, Wofi and Leds-C4.

Domain Name Infringement

• Affiliates must not purchase domain names which include the All Lit Up brand name, registered trademarks, nor any misspells or variations.
• Affiliates must not use the All Lit Up brand name, any brand misspellings or similar variations in any domain names before the third forward slash.

Affiliate Approvals
The affiliate website must be fully operational and running to meet approval for the All Lit Up affiliate programme. We reserve the right to ask for further details on how you intend to promote our brand/s before approval.
Voucher Codes

• All Lit Up reserve the right to remove voucher codes without notice during sale periods
• Only codes that are supplied to affiliates by All Lit Up are valid for affiliate use. This includes any codes found on All Lit Up. All voucher codes must be taken from the affiliate network unless given express consent by All Lit Up. Any codes that are found to be displayed on sites that are non-approved will result in commissions being declined.
• Affiliates may not promote codes issued specifically to other affiliates. If they do, they will not receive commission on the sale.
• All expired voucher codes must be completely removed within 7 days of the expiration date, this includes and not limited to previous code sections which still display the offer associated with the voucher code.
• All sites displaying voucher codes must comply with the IAB code of conduct
