The cashback awarded will be credited to your account within three months of the end of your stay, if you confirm your booking by staying at the selected hotel. In the event of a cashback claim, Accor reserves the right to request an invoice as proof of your stay at the hotel booked. Claims must be made no earlier than 15 days after the date of check-out. Any claims made prior to that date will be automatically rejected. In the event of a booking being amended, the cashback awarded will be adjusted accordingly. You can earn ALL - Accor Live Limitless Rewards points from our lifestyle loyalty programme at the same time as being awarded cashback. (N.B.: cashback will not, however, be awarded if ALL - Accor Live Limitless Rewards points have been used to make the booking). Cashback will not be awarded on purchases made via the ALL - Accor Live Limitless app. Any order made for a date beyond 365 days from the date of booking will be refused by Accor.
