Good luck with the promotion The refund will be credited to your account no later than three months after the end of your stay, provided you confirm your booking by staying at the chosen hotel. Should you request a refund, Accor reserves the right to ask for an invoice as proof of your stay at the booked hotel. Any request must be made at least 15 days after your check-out date. Requests made before this deadline will be automatically rejected. Any change to your booking will result in a change to the cashback amount, in line with the changes made. You can earn ALL - Accor Live Limitless Rewards points, from our lifestyle loyalty programme, at the same time as receiving cashback. (Please note, however, that cashback is not credited when you use ALL - Accor Live Limitless Rewards points to make a booking.) Cashback is not valid for purchases made via the ALL – Accor Live Limitless mobile app. Attribution model: in the case of a multi-channel journey during the same session (30 mins), the booking is now attributed to the first click.
