Terms and Conditions
Affiliates may not bid on the Alex and Ani, LLC trademarks or any variations or misspellings of the trademarks. In addition to the trademark, affiliates may not bid on the following trademarks: I need to get a list from our legal department of all the terms that are TM. Until then, you can use the below.

Affiliates must add our trademark and our domains to their negative match. Affiliates are allowed to bid on generic-only terms for this program.
Incentivized Sites are allowed in the Alex and Ani, LLC affiliate program only on a case by case basis. If you are using incentivized methods and are not approved by The EEAN quality team, affiliates may be subjected to commission reversal and expiration from Alex and Ani, LLC affiliate program. Please contact the affiliate manager with any questions.
Email Publishers are allowed in the Alex and Ani, LLC affiliate program on a case-by-case basis and as long as they are CAN-SPAM compliant. Any partner that wants to run these must contact us prior to this for suppression lists. Any partner that does not contact us first is considered to be in violation of our terms and conditions.
Downloadable software partners are allowed on a case-by-case basis.
All affiliates must use current promotions that are reflected through banners and text links in EEAN, otherwise they may be subjected to removal from the program.
