Program Description:
A+R is the premiere retail source of modern design, showcasing a carefully edited selection of home and personal furnishings from around the globe by founders Andy Griffith and Rose Apodaca. Design fans can shop A+R online at aplusrstore.com or at one of two bricks-and-mortar shops in Los Angeles: on Abbot Kinney Boulevard in the seaside L.A. town of Venice, or, come August 2012, on La Brea Boulevard between mid-Wilshire and Hollywood.
From chairs to watches, wine glasses to kids toys, sound systems to bedding, many of the new design on offer launches at A+R first outside the products home country because Andy and Rose take the extra steps to make it so. They and their team enthusiastically work with vendors, the press and other partners to maximize appreciation, recognition and sales of the hand-selected products featured at A+R.
